Hon. Maxwell Ebibai is the current Commissioner for Finance in Bayelsa State, Nigeria. A professional accountant with over 25 years of experience, he has served under both the former administration of Governor Henry Seriake Dickson and the current “Prosperity Administration” of Governor Douye Diri.
