Hon. Engr. Gibson Edwin Munalayefa is a prominent Nigerian civil engineer and politician currently serving as the Honourable Commissioner for Communication, Science, and Technology in Bayelsa State. Appointed by Governor Douye Diri in June 2024, he is a key figure in driving the state’s digital innovation and technological advancement.
