I like to also appreciate the Local Government Chairmen, their deputies and ALGON for ensuring that this programme actually comes to fruition.
I like to tag you as my colleagues, colleagues in the broad sense of legislative business, having been a legislator, legislative business at all tiers of Government are virtually the same. So, I like to invite you to be very calm and listen and make contributions when necessary.
