The Prosperity Administration in Bayelsa State has committed to expanding access to affordable housing for its citizens in 2025.
The Housing and Property Development Authority, led by Rt. Hon. Tonye Emmanuel Isenah, is currently finalizing construction on over 100 housing units that were previously abandoned at the Okaka Estate.
Governor Douye Diri, in his New Year address, confirmed that further housing development initiatives are planned for the year ahead. The Governor emphasized the government’s commitment to providing affordable housing for its citizens and highlights the ongoing efforts to complete existing projects..
