…insists Prosperity Government has done well building legacy projects
Bayelsa State Governor, Sen. Douye Diri says he is committed to the new 60MW Gas Turbines project, noting that the installation will be completed by the end of this year.
Governor Diri who stated this while presiding over the 151st State Executive council meeting in Yenagoa explained that the 60MW power project is one of the legacy projects the administration will be leaving behind adding that the prosperity government has done well building legacy projects across the state.
General Manager, Bayelsa State Electricity Company Ltd, Engineer Olice Kemenanabo made presentation of the 60MW Power Project which will make 24-hours power supply a reality.
The executive council meeting was attended by the Deputy Governor, Senator Lawrence Ewhrudjakpo, the Secretary of Government Professor Nimbofa Ayaowei and other exco members.
